Who is our typical client?
Believe it or not, our typical clients are not professional athletes (although we have worked with many pros and semi-pros). We see many high school and college students whose lives revolve around sports. We also see many semi-professional athletes and amateurs who want to improve so that they can enjoy the game more and gain that competitive edge. We have also worked closely with tennis players who have ranked top 12 in the US and Australia, baseball, soccer, and golf players whose success has been played on television. We don't just work with athletes who want to improve, but also with coaches, referees, and athletic directors to help their teams improve.
What is a typical session like and how long does it last?
We typically see clients about 4 times, and each session will last between 60-90 minutes. We work personally and privately with each client so that we can tailor the session to what they need. We do not believe in cookie cutter approaches, and do not use them. We use hypnosis, the most effective methods of sports psychology, visualization, and motivating techniques that will create massive success.
In the first part of each session, we have a conversation and teach mental coaching. We also get to the core of issues that may be causing a problem on the field, in the ring, or on the mat, etc. The second part of each session, we use hypnosis, relaxation techniques, and positive post hypnotic suggestions to create long-lasting changes.
What to expect after a session...
In our sessions, a big part of what we do is teach and re-frame a client's belief systems to work for them rather than against them. After each session, you will notice positive changes taking place when you do what we suggest. We also provide individuals with exercise to do between the sessions, and audio reinforcement that will enhance what they learned in the session.
What is our success rate?
This is a question that we get asked frequently. When people ask this question, they usually mean "what are our chances of having success?" If you use what we teach you, and apply it, then there is no option for failure. The only people who do not experience success are the people who do not want to make a change. Now, you may be asking: why do they come in if they don't want to make changes? Well, your guess is as good as ours. Who wouldn't want to be more successful?
